The auto-adjustment feature ensures optimal humidity levels based on your temperature selection, enhancing cooking results. A built-in food probe provides accurate monitoring of internal food temperatures, while the auto-reversing fan with speed control and electronic braking system ensures even cooking and energy efficiency.
