Its low water energy smart steam control ensures optimal steam production while conserving energy. Equipped with a robust stainless steel steam generator, the steamer includes a Smart Drain System with a timed drain and Powerflush for easy maintenance. Professional-grade controls feature a 60-minute timer, buzzer, and constant steam functionality, along with cook/ready lights and a power switch for user-friendly operation. The split water line enhances performance, while the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy cleaning. With leveling feet for stability, the Vulcan C24EA5-LWE is UL EPH Classified, cULus Listed, and ENERGY STAR® certified, making it an excellent choice for energy-conscious kitchens.
