It features a spacious 72" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and excellent cooking results. The bottom-mounted snap action thermostat is conveniently placed every 12" for precise temperature control. Constructed with a low-profile design, the griddle boasts a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge with a "Cool Bullnose" for safe handling. It includes two front grease troughs for efficient grease management and is equipped with 4" back and tapered side splashes to contain spills. The adjustable legs provide stability and can be customized for your workspace. The Vulcan HEG72E is CSAus and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
