With a true working capacity of 60 gallons, this direct steam kettle features a 2/3 jacketed design for optimal heat distribution. The interior is lined with durable 316 series stainless steel and boasts an ellipsoidal bottom for enhanced cooking performance. Equipped with a manual tilt mechanism, the kettle allows for easy pouring and serving. A faucet bracket is conveniently located on the tilting console for added functionality. The robust stainless steel construction ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion, while the tri-leg base provides stability during operation. The steam control assembly operates at 50 psi and delivers 1.0 BHP, making it ideal for a variety of cooking applications.
