Description
The Vulcan MINI-JET is a versatile electric combi oven designed for efficiency and convenience in commercial kitchens. This boilerless model features a left-hinged door and accommodates various pan configurations, including four 12"x20"x2.5" pans, six 13"x18"x1" pans, or six 12"x20"x1" pans. Equipped with a twin control system that combines touch and knob interfaces, the MINI-JET offers an intuitive LCD display for easy operation. It includes ABC, JET, and AUTO controls, allowing for customizable recipes alongside factory pre-programmed options. The automatic cleaning feature simplifies maintenance, while the auto-reversing fan ensures even cooking results. Additional features include a bright LED light strip for visibility, a cool touch door for safety, and USB and food probe ports for enhanced functionality. The drain water tempering system and 4" legs provide added convenience, and the ventless capability allows for flexible installation. Operating at 208v/60/3-ph with a NEMA L15-30P cord, the MINI-JET is also field convertible to 208v/60/1-ph, 240v/60/1-ph, or 240v/60/3-ph. Certified by NSF and cULus, this combi oven is a reliable addition to any kitchen.
