The Vulcan MSA60 is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. It features a spacious 60" W x 24" D cooking surface with a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate, ensuring even heat distribution and durability. The embedded mechanical snap action thermostat is strategically placed every 12" for precise temperature control. Safety is prioritized with a millivolt pilot system and manual ignition. The low-profile design includes a stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a front grease trough and a 6 qt. grease can for efficient cleanup. Additional features include 4" back and tapered side splashes to contain spills and 4" adjustable legs for customizable height. With a powerful output of 135,000 BTU, this griddle is CSA Star, CSA Flame, and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
