Featuring a spacious 72" W x 30" D cooking surface, it boasts a 1" thick polished steel griddle plate for excellent heat retention and even cooking. The embedded mechanical snap action thermostat, positioned every 12", ensures precise temperature control, while the millivolt pilot safety system enhances operational safety. Its low-profile design is complemented by a durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a front grease trough for easy cleanup. The griddle includes 4" back and tapered side splashes to contain spills, and 4" adjustable legs for customizable height. With a powerful output of 162,000 BTU, this griddle is CSA and NSF certified, making it an ideal choice for commercial kitchens.
