The Vulcan ST100 is a fully jacketed stationary kettle designed for efficient cooking with a direct steam system. With a generous 100-gallon capacity, it features a spring-assisted hinged cover supported by a heavy-duty pivot assembly for easy access. The kettle is equipped with a 2" plug draw-off valve that includes a perforated strainer for optimal drainage. A graduated measuring rod allows for precise ingredient measurement, while the faucet bracket provides added convenience. Constructed from durable stainless steel with a 316 series stainless steel liner, the Vulcan ST100 ensures longevity and resistance to corrosion. Its flanged feet provide stability, and the kettle operates at 4.0 BHP for powerful performance in any commercial kitchen setting.
