The Vulcan V112H is a robust 12" heavy-duty gas range designed for high-performance cooking in commercial kitchens. It features a powerful 30,000 BTU hot top, ensuring rapid heating and efficient cooking. The polished cast iron construction provides excellent heat retention and durability. Its modular frame allows for easy integration into existing kitchen setups. The stainless steel front, front top ledge, sides, base, burner box, and stub back enhance both durability and ease of cleaning. The range is equipped with 4" flanged feet for stability and is certified by CSA and NSF, ensuring compliance with industry standards for safety and sanitation.
