The stainless steel door with a window allows for convenient monitoring of your food. With a powerful 1/2 HP motor and 12.5kW output, this oven meets high-volume cooking demands. It is NSF, cUL, and UL certified, and carries the ENERGY STAR® label for energy efficiency.
