The Vulcan VCCG24-IR is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for professional kitchens. Featuring a 24" W x 24" D cooking surface with a robust 1" thick chrome plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with two powerful burners and advanced IRX™ infrared burner technology, this griddle delivers a total output of 48,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The unit includes wire knob guards for added protection and a convenient drawer for storage. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and top ledge, along with a front grease trough, this griddle is built for durability and easy maintenance. It also features 4" back and tapered side splashes to contain spills and messes, and 4" adjustable legs for stability on any countertop. The Vulcan VCCG24-IR is CSA and NSF certified, making it a reliable choice for any commercial kitchen. Included accessories are a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade for easy cleaning and maintenance.
