The Vulcan VCCG36-AR is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a spacious 36" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 1" thick chrome plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with three atmospheric type “U” shaped aluminized steel burners, this griddle delivers a powerful 90,000 BTU output, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The stainless steel construction, including the front, sides, and front top ledge, ensures durability and easy maintenance. Additional features include a front grease trough, 4" back and tapered side splashes, and 4" adjustable legs for stability. Included with the griddle are essential tools such as a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade, making it easy to maintain cleanliness and efficiency. The Vulcan VCCG36-AR is CSA certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and NSF approved, ensuring it meets the highest standards for commercial kitchen equipment.
