Featuring a spacious 36" W x 24" D cooking surface with a robust 1" thick steel plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with three atmospheric type “U” shaped aluminized steel burners, this griddle delivers a powerful 90,000 BTU output, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The stainless steel construction, including the front, sides, and top ledge, ensures durability and easy maintenance. Additional features include a front grease trough, wire knob guards for added safety, and a convenient drawer for storage. The 4" back and tapered side splashes help contain spills, and the adjustable legs provide stability on any countertop.
