Equipped with four powerful burners, it delivers a total output of 96,000 BTU, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The innovative IRX™ infrared burner technology enhances cooking efficiency, while the solid-state thermostat positioned every 12" allows for precise temperature control. The electronic spark ignition system ensures reliable start-up, complemented by pilot protection for added safety. Durability is a key feature, with a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, along with a front grease trough for easy cleanup. The unit includes a convenient drawer for storage and is designed with 4" back and tapered side splashes to contain spills. Adjustable 4" legs provide stability on various surfaces.
