Description
The Vulcan VCCG60-AR is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a spacious 60" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 1" thick chrome plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with five atmospheric type “U” shaped aluminized steel burners, this griddle delivers a powerful 150,000 BTU output. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The unit includes wire knob guards for added protection and two drawers for efficient storage. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, along with a front grease trough and 4" back and tapered side splashes, this griddle is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The 4" adjustable legs provide stability on any countertop. The Vulcan VCCG60-AR is CSA certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and NSF compliant, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens. Included accessories are a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade for added convenience.
