Equipped with five atmospheric type “U” shaped aluminized steel burners, it delivers a powerful 150,000 BTU output, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The griddle includes wire knob guards for added protection and two convenient drawers for easy access to utensils and ingredients. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, along with a front grease trough, this unit is designed for durability and easy cleaning.
