Description
The Vulcan VCCG72-IR is a heavy-duty gas countertop griddle designed for high-performance cooking. Featuring a spacious 72" W x 24" D cooking surface with a durable 1" thick chrome plate, it ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. Equipped with six burners and advanced IRX™ infrared burner technology, this griddle delivers a powerful 144,000 BTU output, making it ideal for busy kitchens. The solid-state thermostat, positioned every 12 inches, allows for precise temperature control, while the electronic spark ignition and pilot protection enhance safety and convenience. The griddle includes wire knob guards for added protection and two drawers for efficient storage. Constructed with a stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge, along with a front grease trough and 4" back and tapered side splashes, it is designed for easy cleaning and maintenance. The adjustable 4" legs provide stability on various surfaces. This griddle is CSA certified, ENERGY STAR® rated, and NSF listed, ensuring it meets high standards for safety and efficiency. Included accessories are a palmetto brush, scraper, and blade for added convenience.
