Description
The Vulcan VE30 is an electric tilting skillet braising pan designed for high-capacity cooking with a 30-gallon capacity. It features advanced 12 kW FastBatch™ embedded heating technology for rapid heating and efficient cooking. The 36" wide open base allows for easy access and maneuverability, while the 9" deep stainless steel pan is equipped with gallon markings for precise measurements. A convenient pouring lip and removable strainer enhance functionality, and the spring assist cover with a drip edge ensures mess-free operation. The water-tight solid state controls provide reliable performance, and the unit includes an L faucet bracket for added convenience. Supported by 12" stainless steel legs with adjustable flanged feet, the Vulcan VE30 is cULus and UL EPH Classified, ensuring safety and compliance in commercial kitchens.
