It accommodates up to 18 standard 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or 36 steam table pans measuring 12" x 20" x 2-1/2". Featuring a fan and air tunnel for even heat distribution, this non-insulated cart ensures your food stays at the perfect serving temperature. The fixed tray slides are spaced 3 inches apart for optimal organization. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it includes a glass door for easy visibility of contents. The cabinet is equipped with 5-inch casters—two swivel and two rigid with locks—for smooth mobility and stability.
