Description
The Wells WV-4HFRW is a high-performance ventless electric range designed for versatility and efficiency in commercial kitchens. Featuring the VCS2000 Ventless Cooktop, it includes four French plates with precise thermostatic controls for optimal cooking results. The self-contained hood system ensures effective ventilation without the need for external ductwork. Constructed from durable stainless steel, this range is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. It comes equipped with an RW-26 drawer warmer base, providing additional space for keeping dishes warm. The front legs and rear casters enhance mobility and stability. For maintenance, this model requires one Pre-filter (22618) and one HEPA Charcoal Filter Pack (22619).
What's Included:
Essential notice: OWNER RESPONSIBILITY: Prior to initial operation of any Wells Mfg. Ventless unit, the provided UL300 Ansul fire suppression system needs to be filled with "Ansulex" and activated and certified by a certified and locally authorized ANSUL Fire Suppression contractor. This activation marks the beginning of an agreement between the Ansul agent and the owner, which Wells Mfg, its representatives, dealers, or service agencies cannot finalize. The cost will differ based on the specific Ansul agent and must be covered by the owner, not by Wells.
Shipping point: Factory at 265 Hobson Street, Smithville, TN 37166
