What's Included:
Essential notice: OWNER RESPONSIBILITY: Prior to initial operation of any Wells Mfg. Ventless unit, the provided UL300 Ansul fire suppression system needs to be filled with "Ansulex" and activated and certified by a certified and locally authorized ANSUL Fire Suppression contractor. This activation marks the beginning of an agreement between the Ansul agent and the owner, which Wells Mfg, its representatives, dealers, or service agencies cannot finalize. The cost will differ based on the specific Ansul agent and must be covered by the owner, not by Wells.
Shipping point: Factory at 265 Hobson Street, Smithville, TN 37166
Note: Before buying and setting up this equipment, Wells Mfg advises operators to submit permit applications as mandated by local authorities. The needed permits depend on the area and might cover Electrical, Fire, Mechanical, and Food Service. The operator or their contractors must handle obtaining these permits.
