The Winco EGD-24M Spectrum™ Electric Countertop Griddle features a spacious cooking surface measuring 24" x 16-1/2". Its solid steel cook plate, with a robust 1/2" thickness, ensures even heat distribution for optimal cooking results. This griddle is equipped with two independently controlled heat zones, allowing for precise temperature management within a range of 150° to 480° F (65° to 250° C). Constructed with a durable stainless steel catch tray, side and rear backsplash, and body, it offers both functionality and easy maintenance. The adjustable feet provide stability on various surfaces. Operating at 208-240V with a power consumption of 20.2-23.4 amps and 4200-5600 watts, it is designed for efficiency and performance.
