The Winco NGGD-12M Spectrum™ Griddle is a powerful countertop gas griddle designed for efficiency and durability. Constructed with a 3/4" polished steel cooking plate, this griddle offers excellent heat retention and distribution. The stainless steel insulated double-wall body enhances safety and durability, complemented by a cool-touch front plate rail for added convenience. A 3-1/2" full-width grease trough and a grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle facilitate easy cleanup and maintenance.
