Description
The Winco NGGD-24T Spectrum™ Griddle is a high-performance countertop gas griddle designed for commercial kitchens. Featuring a 24"W x 20-1/2" cooking surface, it is equipped with two powerful 28,000 BTU burners, providing a total output of 56,000 BTU for efficient cooking. The thermostatic controls allow for precise temperature management, while the standing pilot light ensures reliable ignition. Constructed with a 1" polished steel cooking plate, this griddle offers excellent heat retention and distribution. The side and back splash guards help maintain a clean cooking area, and the stainless steel insulated double-wall body enhances durability and safety. The cool-touch front plate rail adds an extra layer of convenience. The griddle includes a 3-1/2" full-width grease trough and a grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle for easy cleanup. It features a 3/4" rear gas connection with a regulator and comes with an LP conversion kit for versatility. Adjustable legs with non-skid feet provide stability on any countertop. This model is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified, ensuring it meets high safety and performance standards.
