Featuring a spacious 36" x 20-3/4" cooking surface, it is equipped with three 30,000 BTU burners that provide precise heat control with infinite settings. The standing pilot light ensures reliable ignition, while the 3/4" polished steel plate offers excellent heat retention and even cooking. This griddle includes a side and back splash guard for added safety and cleanliness, and its stainless steel insulated double-wall body ensures durability and heat retention. The cool-touch front plate rail enhances user safety during operation. A 3-1/2" full-width grease trough and a grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle facilitate easy cleanup and maintenance. The unit features a 3/4" rear gas connection with a regulator and comes with an LP conversion kit for versatility. Adjustable legs with non-skid feet provide stability on any countertop. With a total output of 90,000 BTU, this griddle is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
