The Winco NGGD-48M Spectrum™ Griddle is a powerful gas countertop cooking solution designed for efficiency and durability. Featuring a spacious 48" x 20-3/4" cooking surface, it is equipped with four 30,000 BTU burners that provide precise, infinite heat control for versatile cooking options. The polished 3/4" steel plate ensures excellent heat retention and even cooking. Safety and convenience are prioritized with a standing pilot light, stainless steel insulated double-wall body, and a cool-touch front plate rail. The griddle includes a 3-1/2" full-width grease trough and a grease drawer with a weep hole and baffle for easy cleanup. It also features adjustable legs with non-skid feet for stability. With a total output of 120,000 BTU, the Winco NGGD-48M is CSA-Sanitation, CSA Flame, and CSA Star certified, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens. The unit comes with a 3/4" rear gas connection and regulator, along with an LP conversion kit for added versatility.
