Description
The Winston Industries CHV2-04HP is an electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficiency and versatility in commercial kitchens. This half-size, one-compartment unit features a maximum temperature of 275ºF (135ºC) and utilizes convection cooking for even heat distribution. It accommodates up to four 13" x 18" sheet pans or four 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. The oven is equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle for easy access. Its membrane control with processor allows for precise temperature management, while HACCP temperature downloads ensure compliance with food safety standards. Additional features include USB and audio ports for enhanced functionality and a manual water fill system. Constructed with stainless steel for durability, the CHV2-04HP meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for any kitchen environment.
