Description
The Winston Industries CHV2-04UV is an electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficient and versatile cooking. With a maximum temperature of 275ºF (135ºC), this half-size, one-compartment oven features insulated convection cooking, ensuring even heat distribution for optimal results. It accommodates up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans, eight 13" x 18" sheet pans, or eight 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. The oven is equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle for easy access. Its membrane control with processor allows for precise operation, while HACCP temperature downloads, USB, and audio ports enhance functionality. The manual water fill feature ensures convenience, and the stainless steel interior and exterior provide durability and easy maintenance. This model meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
