Description
The Winston Industries CHV2-05UV is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficient cooking and holding. With a maximum temperature of 275ºF (135ºC), this half-size, one-compartment oven features insulated convection cooking for even heat distribution. It accommodates up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. The oven includes a field-reversible hinged solid door with a magnetic handle for easy access. Its membrane control with processor allows for precise operation, while HACCP temperature downloads ensure compliance with food safety standards. Additional features include USB and audio ports for enhanced functionality, a manual water fill system, and a durable stainless steel interior and exterior. The CHV2-05UV meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation certifications, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
