Description
The Winston Industries HOV2-04HP is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features an insulated construction and convection heating, capable of reaching a maximum temperature of 205°F (96.11°C). It accommodates up to four 13" x 18" sheet pans or four 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. The cabinet includes a field-reversible hinged solid door with a magnetic handle for easy access. Its user-friendly membrane control panel is equipped with a processor and a USB port for added convenience. The stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. This product meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
