Description
The Winston Industries HOV2-10UV is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features insulated construction and convection heating, maintaining a maximum temperature of 205°F (96.11°C). It accommodates up to 10 full-size 18" x 26" sheet pans, 20 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 20 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20". Each rack has a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg). The cabinet includes a field-reversible hinged solid door with a magnetic handle for easy access. Control settings are managed via a membrane interface with a processor and USB port for convenient updates. The interior and exterior are constructed from durable stainless steel, ensuring longevity and easy cleaning. Certified by CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation, this proofer cabinet is ideal for maintaining food quality in commercial kitchens.
