Description
The Winston Industries CHV3-14UV is a high-performance electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for versatile cooking and holding capabilities. With a maximum temperature of 300ºF (148.8ºC), this full-size, one-compartment oven utilizes convection cooking to ensure even heat distribution. It can accommodate up to 28 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans or 28 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20", with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Featuring two field-reversible hinged solid dutch doors and a magnetic door handle for easy access, the oven is equipped with a user-friendly C-Touch control panel that includes a processor for precise temperature management. HACCP temperature downloads ensure compliance with food safety standards, while USB and audio ports provide additional connectivity options. The auto water fill feature simplifies operation, and the durable stainless steel interior and exterior ensure longevity and easy maintenance. This oven meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
