Description
The Winston Industries CHV5-05UV is a versatile electric Cook & Hold Oven designed for efficiency and performance. This half-size, insulated convection oven features a single compartment that can accommodate up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or ten 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise cooking management, HACCP temperature downloads for food safety compliance, and USB and audio ports for added functionality. The auto water fill feature simplifies operation, while the durable stainless steel interior and exterior provide longevity and ease of cleaning.
