Description
The Winston Industries HOV3-14UV is a mobile full-size proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. It features CVap® technology, ensuring consistent heating and moisture retention. This cabinet accommodates up to 14 standard 18” x 26” sheet pans, 28 half-size 13” x 18” sheet pans, or 28 hotel pans measuring 12” x 20”. With a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack, it is built for efficiency and durability. The cabinet includes two field-reversible hinged solid doors with a magnetic handle for easy access. The membrane control panel allows for precise temperature management, and HACCP temperature downloads support food safety compliance. Additional features include a USB port for data transfer, a manual water fill system, and a robust stainless steel construction for both the interior and exterior. Operating at 120v/60/1-ph with 2292 watts and 19.1 amps, it meets various safety standards including CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
