Description
The Winston Industries HOV5-04UV is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and temperature control. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features a robust insulated construction and convection heating, ensuring even temperature distribution. It accommodates up to four 18" x 26" sheet pans, eight 13" x 18" sheet pans, or eight 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, this cabinet offers easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise temperature management, HACCP temperature downloads, and convenient USB and audio ports for added functionality. The manual water fill feature simplifies operation, while the stainless steel interior and exterior ensure durability and easy cleaning. This unit meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
