Description
The Winston Industries HOV5-05SP is a mobile, half-height proofer cabinet designed for optimal food holding and proofing. This CVap® Holding Cabinet features an insulated, convection design that accommodates up to five 18" x 26" sheet pans, ten 13" x 18" sheet pans, or five 12" x 20" hotel pans, with a load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack. Equipped with a field-reversible hinged solid door and a magnetic door handle, it ensures easy access and secure closure. The C-Touch control panel includes a processor for precise temperature management and HACCP temperature downloads, along with USB and audio ports for added convenience. The cabinet features a manual water fill system and is constructed from durable stainless steel for both the interior and exterior, ensuring longevity and easy maintenance. It meets CE, UL EPH ANSI/NSF4, cUL, and UL-Sanitation standards, making it a reliable choice for professional kitchens.
