The Winston Industries HOV7-14SP is a mobile heated cabinet designed for optimal food holding and preservation. This full-size, insulated convection holding cabinet accommodates up to 14 standard 18" x 26" sheet pans, 28 half-size 13" x 18" sheet pans, or 14 hotel pans measuring 12" x 20". It features a robust load limit of 65 lbs (29.25 kg) per rack, ensuring reliable performance for various food types. Equipped with two field-reversible hinged solid Dutch doors and a magnetic door handle, this cabinet offers easy access while maintaining temperature integrity. The advanced C-Touch control with processor allows for precise temperature management and HACCP temperature downloads, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Utilizing CVap technology, the HOV7-14SP provides consistent heating and moisture retention, enhancing food quality. Wireless programming, USB, and audio ports add convenience for modern kitchen operations. Additional features include on/off fan control and a manual water fill system.
