Each well is equipped with individual drain valves for easy maintenance and cleaning. The unit includes individual infinite controls with indicator lights, allowing precise temperature management for optimal food preservation. A 3/8" thick poly cutting board provides a sturdy workspace for food preparation. The enclosed base features two sliding doors for convenient access and storage. Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, this hot food table is both UL and NSF certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
