Description
The Bizerba GSP H I 150-SLI is a robust electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use in the senior living industry. Featuring a 13" blade, it ensures precise slicing with adjustable thickness from 0 to 0.94 inches. The slicer's hygienic design includes seamless anodized aluminum construction, making it easy to clean and maintain. Safety is paramount with eight safety interlocks and a thumb guard measuring 5.8" wide, providing added protection during operation. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, complemented by a 40° gravity feed for effortless slicing. The removable pusher-plate enhances usability, while the remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial ensures the blade remains sharp for optimal performance. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, the slicer operates at 120V/60/1-ph with a current of 3.5 amps and a power consumption of 0.4kW. It comes equipped with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug.
