Description
The Bizerba GSP H I 150 is a robust electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use. Featuring a 13-inch blade, it ensures precise slicing with adjustable thickness settings ranging from 0 to 0.94 inches. The slicer is equipped with eight safety interlocks for enhanced operator protection and a thumb guard measuring 5.8 inches wide for added safety during operation. Its seamless anodized aluminum construction promotes durability and easy cleaning. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, while the 40° gravity feed facilitates smooth and efficient slicing. A removable pusher-plate enhances usability, and the remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial ensures the blade remains sharp for optimal performance. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, the slicer operates at 120V/60/1-ph with a current of 3.5 amps and a power consumption of 0.4kW. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, cETLus, and DGUV safety standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
