Description
The Bizerba GSP H I 90-60HZ-220V is a robust electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use. Featuring a 13-inch blade, it ensures precise slicing with adjustable thickness from 0 to 0.94 inches. The slicer is constructed from seamless anodized aluminum, providing durability and ease of cleaning. Safety is prioritized with eight interlocks and a thumb guard measuring 3.5 inches wide. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, complemented by a 40° gravity feed for effortless operation. The removable pusher-plate enhances user convenience, while the remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial ensures optimal blade performance. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, it operates at 220V/60Hz with a current of 1.79 amps and a power consumption of 0.36kW. This model meets ETL-Sanitation and UL-157 standards, and has been cETLus and DGUV safety tested, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
