Description
The Bizerba GSP H I 90-GCB is a heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and safety in commercial kitchens. Featuring a 13" grooved cheese blade, it ensures precise slicing for a variety of products. The slicer is equipped with eight safety interlocks to enhance user protection during operation. Its seamless anodized aluminum construction provides durability and easy cleaning. The high carriage design includes a 25° incline towards the operator and a 40° gravity feed for effortless slicing. A thumb guard measuring 3.5" wide and a removable pusher-plate further enhance safety and usability. The remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial allows for quick blade maintenance, ensuring optimal performance. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.94 inches, accommodating various food preparation needs. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor, the slicer operates at 120v/60/1-ph with a current of 3.5 amps and a power consumption of 0.4kW. It comes with a cord featuring a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, cETLus, and DGUV safety testing standards, making it a reliable choice for any food service environment.
