Description
The Bizerba GSP H I 90 is a heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and safety in high-demand environments. Featuring a robust 13" blade, it allows for precise slicing with adjustable thickness settings ranging from 0 to 0.94 inches. The slicer's construction is seamless anodized aluminum, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. Safety is prioritized with eight interlocks and a thumb guard measuring 3.5" wide, providing added protection during operation. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, complemented by a 40° gravity feed for effortless slicing. The removable pusher-plate enhances usability and maintenance. Equipped with a remote sharpener featuring a spring-loaded dial, the GSP H I 90 ensures optimal blade performance. It operates on a 1/2 HP motor with a power requirement of 120v/60/1-ph, drawing 3.5 amps and consuming 0.4kW. The unit comes with a cord fitted with a NEMA 5-15P plug and meets ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, cETLus, and DGUV safety standards, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
