Description
The Bizerba GSP H USPH-VSP-50HZ-230V is a robust electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty use in marine vessel sanitation programs. It features a 13-inch blade and six safety interlocks to ensure secure operation. The seamless anodized aluminum construction provides durability and ease of cleaning. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, while the 40° gravity feed enhances slicing efficiency. Equipped with a thumb guard measuring 3.5 inches wide and a removable pusher plate, this slicer prioritizes user safety. The remote sharpener with a spring-loaded dial allows for precise blade maintenance. Slice thickness can be adjusted from 0 to 0.94 inches, accommodating various food preparation needs. Powered by a 1/2 HP motor (0.36 kW) and operating at 230V/50Hz/1-phase with a current of 1.79 amps, it includes a cord with a EURO power plug. The slicer meets ETL sanitation standards, UL-157 gaskets and seals, and is cETLus and DGUV safety tested, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
