Description
The Bizerba GSP HD I 150 is an advanced electric food slicer designed for heavy-duty performance and safety. Featuring a robust 13" blade, this automatic slicer offers three adjustable speeds and three stroke options, ensuring precise slicing for various food types. The product fence enhances stability, while the servo assist technology simplifies operation. Constructed from seamless anodized aluminum, the slicer is both durable and easy to clean. Its high carriage design includes a 25° incline towards the operator and a 40° gravity feed for efficient slicing. The thumb guard measures 5.8" wide, providing additional safety during operation. Slice thickness can be easily adjusted from 0 to 0.94 inches, accommodating a range of culinary needs. The remote sharpener features a spring-loaded dial for convenient blade maintenance. Powered by a VFD motor, the slicer operates at 120V/60/1-ph with a current of 2.6 amps and a power output of 0.24kW. It comes with a cord equipped with a NEMA 5-15P plug. The Bizerba GSP HD I 150 meets rigorous safety and sanitation standards, including ETL-Sanitation, UL-157 gaskets & seals, cETLus certification, and DGUV safety testing, making it a reliable choice for commercial kitchens.
