The Bizerba GSP HD I W-90-GCB is a semi-automatic heavy-duty electric food slicer designed for efficiency and safety in high-demand environments. The high carriage is inclined at a 25° angle towards the operator, complemented by a 40° angled gravity feed for optimal ergonomics. Safety is paramount with eight interlocks, a 3-1/2 inch wide thumb guard, and a removable pusher plate. The integrated manual portion scale allows for accurate weighing within a range of 0 to 6.6 lbs (0 to 3 kg), with a 100% tare function and a digit interval of 2 g/0.005 lb. The touch screen display provides easy access to slice count and weight alerts. Constructed from seamless anodized aluminum, the slicer is both durable and easy to clean. It includes a food debris deflector and a low fence (GSP H-FENLOW) for added safety. The Emotion® variable speed motor operates between 160-300 RPM, powered by a 1/2 HP motor with a 120v/60/1-ph supply.
