The aluminum meat feeding carriage offers 4,235 holding points, providing excellent stability and support along the slicing path. Slice thickness can be easily adjusted from 0" to 0.94" (0-24mm) to accommodate various needs. With a maximum product size of 12" x 10", this slicer is versatile for different meat cuts. It operates on 120v/60/1-ph power, drawing 3.3 amps and 0.4kW, and comes with a NEMA 5-15P cord. The Bizerba VSV is ETL-Sanitation and UL-157 certified, ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation standards.
